A Budding Chess Master

In keeping with using occasional opportunities here on the blog to flag up student achievements, I was very pleased to hear this week of the success of Paranjay Sahanii of Class V-F at Aravali. He recently took part in the National Chess Under-13 tournament, despite still being only 10 years of age.

Nevertheless, Paranjay gave very tough competition to older competitors from across the country. It looks like his prospects are going to be excellent in coming years if he keeps up the effort.

So, kudos to Paranjay – we’ll be keen to follow your future successes!
